Raffle
Tickets are sold in $20 sheets, each sheet with 20-$1 tickets. To ease identification, all 20 tickets on the sheet have the same number. So, if you buy 100 tickets, you only have to listen for 5 numbers. Yes, your number may come up for more than one raffle item. Raffle items will be displayed in the gym, but friendly raffle ticket agents will be roaming through the crowd in the student center, gallery and the gym. Typically, there are around 40 raffle prizes for recreational activities, exterior living areas, and the outdoor enthusiast.
Live Auction
Your chance to enjoy the friendly competition of bidding on unique prizes and packages of exceptional value. Prizes include firearms, foursome rounds of golf at tournaments and exclusive courses, hunting/fishing packages, and bundles for all manner of recreational needs. Our MC, auctioneer, spotters, and prize demonstrators transform a transaction into memorable social entertainment.
Card Draw
A card draw raffle uses playing cards as entries for a drawing, with the winner determined by which card is drawn at random. There are several unique decks to choose from, each associated with a particular prize. Each card cost $25, except for the premium prize with a $50-per-card deck. Typically, there are 10-12 decks for prizes ranging from firearms to your favorite man-cave decor and furnishings. All card draw displays and purchases will be held in the gym.
Poker Chip Draw
Blindly draw a chip numbered 1 to 100. You pay the number you draw and keep the chip. Near the end of the evening, we will blindly draw the winning poker chip number. The prize is 3 nights at the Arbuckle Creek Retreat, a charming Lincoln Log-style cabin that is the perfect getaway. Built in 2006, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom cabin sits on 55 acres and offers 360-degree views of the stunning landscape. You will also receive a swag kit to take home.
